Specialist Leaders of Education
Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) are outstanding middle and senior leaders who have the skills to support individuals or teams in similar positions in other schools. They understand what outstanding leadership practice in their area of expertise looks like and are skilled in helping other leaders to achieve it. Each one has undergone a rigorous selection process and training.
We currently have a number of NLEs, NLGs and SLEs, within our teaching school alliance, who are able to offer support to other schools at a rate from £350 per day. As a teaching school we have the capacity to offer SLE support tailored to your needs. This can range from one day support, delivery of INSET or CPD to a team, working with other leaders or peers or a deployment over a longer period of time.
